- There is a $10.00 per person daytime charge, child or adult, for all visitors.
- Arrangements must be made in advance at the office for payment and parking instructions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Full deposit return less 10% service charge if cancellation is received 21 days before check in.
- One night rental charge if cancellation received less than 21 days & no refund if received less than 15 days before arrival date.
- No refund on two room suites, 2 or more studio apartments or less than minimum night requirement stays.
