Policies:

  • Special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
  • Call for minimum night requirements In Season and Off Season.
  • A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations. Balance due on arrival.
  • $40.00 fee for each additional person, child or adult.
  • Our guest rooms, facilities and parking lot are for registered guests of the motel only. All registered guests must make arrangements, with the front desk, prior to the arrival of their day or overnight guests for parking and payment instructions. Day and overnights guests will only be permitted to park on the property on a first arranged first served basis. Overnights guests will only be permitted if your guest room allows for additional persons, at the rate of $40.00 per person. Day guests will be permitted at the rate of $25.00 per person.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged for any cancellation received more than 30 days in advance of arrival date. For cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, a one night rental fee will be charged. There will be no refunds of deposits for Suites, bookings of multiple rooms, or a cancellation received less than 15 days in advance of arrival date.
